SCG have been specialists in bringing people and technology together to create change for the better since 1965. Since then, we have had a positive impact on many moments of change, transforming the ways that people and technology connect and create value. We enable organisations to evolve at the pace of change the market demands whilst connecting dispersed workforces and their consumer audiences.
SCG is an innovator, creating growth organically and by way of a highly successful buy and build model.
SCG has acquired the following Midlands-based businesses:
- TIC (The Independent Choice) Ltd in 2022.
- EBT Maintenance Ltd in 2023.
- MPS Networks Ltd in 2023.
- NT Voice and Data Solutions Ltd in 2025.

These companies were all managed service providers of communications infrastructure and services to businesses throughout the UK, whilst MPS had already diversified into private and software-defined managed wide area networks, IT and cybersecurity solutions pre-acquisition.
In December 2025 TIC, EBT and MPS consolidated into a single legal entity, SCG Midlands Ltd, and from April 2026 NT adopted SCG Midlands as it’s trading name.
SCG Midlands designs, delivers, manages and supports holistic IT, Cybersecurity, Voice and Data solutions to a broad range of Private and Public Sector organisations throughout the UK.
SCG Midlands opened its Head Office in January 2025 at Building 4, Quinton Business Park, Birmingham B32 1AF, adjacent to Junction 3 of the M5 Motorway and less than 7 miles from Birmingham’s Central Business District. A single floor plate of 5,500 square feet has benefited from a bespoke fit-out to meet the business’s current and planned requirements, including state-of-the-art service desk facilities and systems.
In the East Midlands, an SCG Midlands Hub Office has been established on the H20 Business Park at Lakeview Drive, Nottingham NG15 0HT.
SCG’s objective in the Midlands area is to add increased value to customer relationships by way of an enhanced portfolio of products, services and skills and continue to grow organically, and through further acquisitions. SGG in the Midlands has become so much more than the sum of its parts and this development will continue.
