In March 2025, SCG (Southern Communications Holdings Ltd) acquired NT Voice & Data Solutions Ltd, which followed the acquisition of three other Midlands-based businesses. The Independent Choice Ltd (TIC) Ltd was acquired in 2022, followed by EBT Maintenance Ltd and MPS Networks Ltd in 2023.
