In July 2023, SCG (Southern Communications Holdings Ltd) acquired MPS Networks Ltd, which followed the acquisition of two other Midlands-based businesses, The Independent Choice Ltd (TIC) Ltd in Wolverhampton (in 2022) and EBT Maintenance Ltd in Nottingham (in 2023).
